Current Crushes From MAC: Matchmaster Concealer, Melba Blush, In Extra Dimension Mascara and More - Makeup and Beauty Blog
But a few MAC faves I've been lovin' actress lots lately!
MAC Matchmaster Concealer ($22). Guuuurrrrrl. Bomb. DOT. COM. They're creamy stick concealers with car-magical self-adjusting pigments that personalize themselves to your own awesome peel tone…
Yes, that was a bunch of nonsensical fancy talk. 🙂
I'k an NC42, and I habiliment Shade five (there are 11 in all).
Somehow, once this concealer settles in after blending it out, it matches my skin perfectly, and information technology's freaking me out! I would love to larn about the cosmetic chemistry backside information technology because I'm sure it's cutting edge. The coverage is medium, and the finish is satiny. I call up information technology reflects but plenty low-cal and looks natural.
Of course, y'all can still change the cease by buffing a matte face up powder on height, simply I like to keep it dewy, so I set mine with MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural.
Matchmaster lasts all day long for me without scooting, budging or fading. MAC says its likewise sweat-resistant and ideal for humid climes, so I'm bringing it with me to Hawaii, for sure.
Some other thing I've been into this week: $23 MAC Melba Chroma.
Wait at that pan! Mine is well-loved, LOL! It's a coral-peach with a matte finish.
I love it and article of clothing it oftentimes (typically practical kind of haphazardly on my cheeks), especially in spring and summer (yay, corals!). Y'all can put it precisely on the apples of your cheeks and alloy the edges, yadda, yadda, yadda, only my favorite way to use it is with a fluffy face up brush, gently pressing information technology casually on my cheeks. It looks sun-kissed and natural…like you took your cat on a five-hr-long walk.
Someone in the comments last week asked for a not-too-vivid coral lipstick recommendation, and I tin can't remember exactly what I suggested, but it occurred to me later that I could have said Clever, from MAC's Patentpolish line (it's $21). It's a creamy coral with brick tones, then you do get a coral lipstick vibe, but the brick dials it down a notch.
I'yard passionate near the Patentpolishes. They're creamy, smoothen, opaque and shiny (but not glazed doughnut shiny).
Now that I retrieve about it, they're a lot like the Hourglass Girl Lip Stylos. They're laid-back, but glam at the aforementioned time.
I also gotta give special shout-out to MAC Actress Dimension Eye Shadow in Sweet Heat (a soft, long-wearing peachy pink), Hush Cream Color Base of operations (a neutral peach foam highlighter), Side by side to Nothing Face Colour (a sheer base that looks like real skin!) and In Extra Dimension Waterproof Mascara (lash drama to the 'nth' degree).
All of these things are must-haves!
Your friendly neighborhood beauty aficionado,
Karen
